I cannot say enough good things about this endodontics office! I arrived on Friday morning in excruciating pain after my dentist contacted them with all my information. By the time I got there, they were ready and waiting for me—they had everything prepared and wasted no time. They performed the necessary tests, confirmed I needed a root canal, and just two hours later, I was receiving the treatment I desperately needed. A special shoutout to Bianca, the assistant who took care of me—she was incredibly sweet and empathetic, which made a huge difference during such a stressful moment. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel truly cared for. I also have to rave about Dr. Polk. No matter what the treatment is, one of the most painful parts is usually getting anesthesia. It takes a very patient and skilled hand to push it slowly enough so it doesn’t burn and add to the pain you’re already feeling. Dr. Polk did an outstanding job—so much so that I was completely relaxed and even fell asleep during the procedure! The entire team was efficient, compassionate, and highly skilled. I’m so grateful for their quick response and exceptional care. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of endodontic treatment!

from the initial phone call w/Keina to schedule appt to completion of 2 root canals the entire staff was the BEST! chair side assistants Jasmine & Janet were gentle & caring. Office Manager Tran was truly an angel & went out of her way to ensure my husband was comfortable. Dr Polk was extremely gentle & reassuring.
