Dr. Livingood did an excellent job on my root canal. I was very nervous for it, but he and his assistant Janet did a great job. It went very smoothly. Janet was very kind, reassuring, and helpful. Dr. Livingood was very knowledgeable, efficient and effective.

Dr Polk’s assistant forced me to use my own finger to hold a film inside my mouth to take x rays. She never asked me to wash my hand. I’ve taken x rays before, and no dentistry had me using my hand to hold something inside my mouth for x rays.

Courteous, professional, and caring team ! From the reception, approval for procedure, and getting in quickly this team set the bar for service. Dr. Livingood and his assistant Janet are exceptional. They were thorough in the explanation of the service to be provided (root canal) and were kind and compassionate throughout. No pain with the procedure (even the numbing shots were painless) and no pain since. I highly recommend this team and will definitely go back if a need arises in the future
