I was referred to this office by my dentist. Root canals are not fun, but I am so glad to have met with Dr. Livingood, Mayda and the office staff. From the first initial phone call to the appointment, procedure and results, this office is professional and outstanding! Dr. Livingood and Mayda explained every step of the root canal, insurance coverage, and follow up with me. Continued to ask how I was doing during the procedure (who does that?) THEY DO! If you are in need of any special dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Livingood and all the staff!

I cannot express how grateful I am for this office. I originally had a root canal scheduled at another endodontist 17 days from now, but the pain became unbearable. I called this location hoping they could help, and Mai was absolutely amazing. She handled everything so smoothly, including contacting my previous endodontist to retrieve the scan they needed. Her professionalism and kindness immediately eased my stress. Dr. Millar and Michaela performed my root canal, and they were phenomenal from start to finish. Michaela was so attentive throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Despite being in so much pain when I arrived, I experienced very little to no discomfort during the actual root canal. Their care, patience, and reassurance made such a difference, especially since this was a last-minute appointment right before the holidays. I still cannot believe they were able to fit me in. If you are in pain or simply looking for an office that genuinely cares, I highly recommend this place. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Millar, Michaela, and Mai. They turned a very stressful situation into a relief-filled experience.
