My visit was excellent ! My team ; Dr. Polk and Jasmin were efficient and very professional . My root canal ( normally not a fun experience ) was over in short order and no discomfort at all ( even after I was home ) . The whole staff was very nice and helpful . Every step of the procedure was explained to me thoroughly by Dr. Polk and Jasmin before it was started, and every question I had was answered completely. I want to give a big thank you to Dr Livingood, his assistant Mayda and the receptionist who greeted with a smile and friendly attitude at Los Alamitos Endodontic. I was there for the 1st time for a root canal which is generally not a fun experience. Mayda called me to the back and also greeted me with a smile and friendly attitude. She explained in detail what was going to happen step by step. After all the prep was complete Dr Livingood entered, greeted me and explained the procedue. He continued to check how i was doing throughout which i appreciated. This visit from entering the front door to walking out the front door gets a 5 star rating and i would recommend this office to anyone requiring dental work.
